What our guests say...

We came for our honeymoon and it was amazing!

We were made so welcome by Jackie, John and the team. Spotless accommodation and fantastic views. The beach reminded us of my husband’s home island of Tenerife but with a great pub just along the shoreline. Thanks again and see you next year!

Mr and Mrs G, Suffolk

This was our fifth trip to Mount Brioni. We just feel at home as soon as we drive into the lovely grounds. Our apartment was as outstanding as always. Immaculately clean and stylishly presented with bi-fold doors opening out and letting all that great sea air in. We’ll be back!

Family D, Nottingham

What a wonderful hidden gem! My first trip since lockdown and just what I was looking for.

So enjoyed sitting on my private balcony with it’s great view and sound of the sea. Enjoyed some great Cornish hospitality and the weather was kind too.

Mr C, West London

Dog friendly

It’s the perfect treat for your canine companion! Miles of beach walks on the year round dog friendly beach right on your doorstep and the nature park next door with a woodland trail along the river Seaton. All this without even getting out the car!

Bringing your dog on your Cornish adventure only adds to the enjoyment of your holiday. We have plenty of dog friendly apartments to choose from.

Out and about

Many guests just come to relax and enjoy the view but there are many places to explore.

The apartment complex is located just a few miles east of the characterful fishing port of Looe and half an hour from the bustling ocean city of Plymouth.

As well as miles of stunning coastal scenery and charming fishing villages we are also close to Mount Edgecumbe, National Trust treasures, the Moors, The Eden Project and Heritage Railways.

About us

Jackie and John live on site at Mount Brioni and manage the apartment complex. You can be assured of a warm welcome and if you have any queries you can pop in to the office or give them a call.

Coming to a family run collection of apartments gives you complete independence but the comfort of knowing that friendly help is at hand if needed.

An unspoilt corner of South East Cornwall

Mount Brioni is located in ‘Cornwall’s forgotten corner’, on the quieter south Cornish coastline. Hidden-gem Seaton is just three miles east of the popular visitor destination and historic harbourside town of Looe, and not too far from the bright lights of Plymouth city. The A38 links Seaton to the rest of Cornwall but once there, you will never want to leave. A small and perfectly formed charming village surrounded by rolling countryside and pristine coastline, it’s also home to one of only four Country Parks in Cornwall, Seaton Valley Countryside Park, the first nature reserve in the region to receive a green flag.

Don't want to go too far? We are just a few steps from family and dog friendly Seaton beach with several pubs and cafes within walking distance. An evening pint or Sunday lunch is just a stroll away if you can bring yourself to leave the panoramic views and peace at Mount Brioni.
